Sales & Marketing Manager

Aim of the position

Coordinates and drives all onboard revenue performances, maximizing profits in order to achieve revenue targets enhancing guests brand perception and overall satisfaction

 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve onboard revenue targets enhancing brand positioning
  • Lead and manage efficient marketing touch points and boost communication channels to reinforce the brand
  • Coordinate and develop relevant contents for all revenue generating departments
  • Cooperate with the HQ Management in order to put in place sales & marketing strategies and guide lines

 

Job Requirements:
  • Five or more years experience in the hospitality and/or leisure/services industry (e.g. retail, travel-related, luxury goods, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, restaurants…)
  • Mature understanding of traditional and digital marketing as well as brand management
  • Familiar with consumer and market research methodologies
  • Understanding of revenue management principles
  • Revenue management qualification is a plus
  • Visual merchandising and retail experience desirable
  • College and/or University degree in marketing and/or business related discipline
  • Good English knowledge
