Aim of the Position

Generally supervises all kitchen operations of the pizzeria in accordance with Company standards, procedures and policies

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepares all the ingredients necessary to pizza production including dough, sauces and garnish in order to provide consistently speedy, professional and courteous service, as per Company procedures
  • Prepares the pizza following guest order request and company standards, in order to provide consistently speedy, professional and courteous service
  • Assures that the Pizzeria is in perfect condition before service starting following cleaning and sanitation standards
  • Ensures that the items prepared, displayed and served are meeting company standards; ensures a flawless presentation and the fullest satisfaction of the guest according to established standards and policies

Job Requirements

  • Secondary school (Hospitality or equivalent)
  • Completed apprenticeship in hotel or cruise ship
  • At least 1 year in similar position in an F&B outlet or cruise ship
  • Strong knowledge of all bakery techniques, equipment, tools, and supplies
  • Enthusiastic and creative
  • HACCP certification
  • English knowledge B1
  • Italian knowledge is an advantage
  • Previous shipboard experience is a plus
