Get things right

  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining an environment of positive employee relations, inspiring the teams to achieve results, and taking care of their professional development; 
  • You will focus on planning, execution and delivery of the Shops operation cycle onboard; 
  • You will gather information and compiling reports, while also employing a data-driven approach to make decisions aligned with the directives of the Corporate Shop Operations Director; 
  • You will assist the Sales Director and the Costa Shop Manager on board in overseeing high-volume shop operations, aiming to provide excellent experiences to Guests and uphold Company standards consistently; 
  • You will maintain excellent marketing and visual merchandising standards; 
  • You will supervise all Shops outlets organization, suggesting improvements according to company guidelines and product branding; 
  • You will maximize opening hours while complying with international customs regulations and onboard activities; 
  • You will manage and develop a team of retail attendants, specialists and supervisors in the sales department on board recommending trainings and updates about the brands, sales and service. 

What makes you unique

  • You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.  
  • You possess good communication skills, and you are a curious, organized, and determined person with experience in people management. 
  • You have at least 5-year experience in retail as Shop Manager or Area Manager in fast paced environments.
