Today we’re looking for a data-driven eCommerce & Performance Analyst, who’ll join the Digital Intelligence & Analytics Team within the Global & Strategic Marketing. The person will closely work with the eCommerce Analytics Manager to support the eCommerce & Digital Team for business and digital analysis, target definition and trend monitoring.


•Support the eCommerce Manager in:

o Elaborate and monitoring the central monthly rolling forecasts by analyzing the historical site data, market feedbacks and taking into consideration the seasonal trends

o Design and develop a set of reports to meet business needs to better understand website consumer behavior and improve targeting;

o Ensure systematic, periodical data reporting in addition to ad-hoc on-demand requests according to the needs of the business

•Central Business Units support with ad hoc analysis, KPI’s reporting and deep dive analysis

• Develop Analysis based on
o Commerce’s KPI: Sales channel switch, Type of payments, Booking trend and Revenue target
o CRM data: customer behaviour on/off site, frequency

•Collaborate with eCommerce and Content Team, Online media, CRM, SEO Team to identify priority analyzes and specific needs related to Digital dept.


Master’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar
Proficient in all Microsoft tools and excellent knowledge of Excel
Strong analytical capabilities combined with Commercial Acumen
Relational ease Organization / Rigor
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude
Good analytical approach
Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level is required), every other languages would be a plus
Knowledge of tools such as Adobe and Google analytics is a plus
