Before the interview with Line Manager, you’ll be asked to do an online test that will help our colleagues to identify your strengths and several aspects of your personality at work.

In collaboration with Italian regions, we organize constantly selections for Italian, European or Not European citizens with a permanent residence permit, to provide a free Professional Training aimed at embarking on board our fleet.
Funded selections are dedicated to young unemployed or unoccupied whose skills,
behaviors and competencies match with our values and needs.After applying, if your CV fits the profile we’re looking for, you’ll receive a convocation for the selection that comprises: an English written test, a second European language written test, an aptitude test.
Then, you’ll meet our HR Recruiter and Line Manager: it is a great chance to let us know your passion and your motivation to grow with us!
