The Casino Manager takes on primary responsibility for all the activities that take place within our Casino, and guarantees of the service offered to our Guests. He or she ensures that each activity is carried out according to Company guidelines regarding safety, health and hygiene. The Casino Manager is a professional with a strong ability to manage a team. He or she is flexible, adaptable, and possesses strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. The Casino Manager has a great passion for the customer. He or she has at least three years of experience in the casino in a managerial position and has excellent knowledge of the English language (Advanced B2).
The Head Technician is the figure responsible for the operation of slot machines and all Casino equipment. He or she ensures that all mechanical equipment, electronic and digital systems are fully functional and checked on a daily basis. Head Technician is managerial role, responsible for the technical staff of the Casino. He or she is responsible for the technical staff’s organization, shifts, training, and placement. The Head Technician has great leadership and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in teams. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (Advanced B1).
The Head Cashier is the figure responsible for managing the Casino’s accounts. He or she must have a solid understanding of all the Casino Department’s policies and procedures. The Head Cashier’s top priority is the satisfaction of the Guests with whom he or she is always courteous, helpful, and professional. Head Cashier is a managerial figure in charge of the Casino Cashiers. He or she follows their organization, shifts, and any training and placement. The Head Cashier has great leadership and problem solving skills, and the ability to work in teams. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (Advanced B1).
Dealers are the figures responsible for service at the Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, and Roulette tables. The Dealer has perfect knowledge of the rules of the games, and duties of the role. He or she reports any problems or complaints to the Casino Manager or Assistant Casino Manager. The Dealer always establishes a courteous and helpful relationship with Guests, using a professional approach, without being intrusive to the players. Dealers must have a strong passion for the customer, the ability to work in teams, and strong interpersonal skills. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (Advanced B1).Interview
