The Hotel Operations Department has the responsibility of designing and creating our ships’ onboard facilities. Working in this department offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on our Guests’ vacation experience, even when working shoreside. Within the Hotel Operations Department there are many different areas, each responsible for particular activities: entertainment, housekeeping, customer service, restaurant, casino, shore excursions. It’s almost like having the ships’ departments recreated at our shoreside offices. Members of the department have significant prior experience in the cruise or hotel industry. They possess strong aptitude regarding relationships, which is essential for effectively interacting and communicating with colleagues onboard.
