The Tour Manager is responsible for all Tour services offered to our Guests. He or she organizes and plans excursions assisted by Tour Escorts, assigns tasks and objectives to Escorts, and coordinates the onboard promotion of excursions. He or she is in charge of the disembarkation and re-embarkation procedures for Guests on excursions, and manages all authorizations and payments. The Tour Manager is a professional with a strong ability to manage a team. He or she is flexible, adaptable, and possesses effective leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. He or she has excellent knowledge of English (Advanced B2) and at least two other languages (level B2).
The Tour Expert deals with the practical aspects of the Tour services offered to our Guests. He or she organizes and plans excursions along with the Tour Manager, arranging the stops at the main attractions in our ports of call. He or she aims to meet our Guests’ every need, and reports any complaints or problems with service to the Tour Manager. The Tour Expert is a professional with a passion for travel, excursions, and other cultures. He or she demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. He or she complies with rules relating to safety, health and hygiene. The Tour Expert has excellent knowledge of English (Advanced B2) and at least two other languages (level B2).Interview
