The Hotel Maintenance Officer is responsible for the maintenance and technical operations of the Hotel Department. He or she works in close contact with a technical team that includes the Carpenter, Fitter, and Tiler. The Hotel Maintenance Officer reports any problems or complaints to the Hotel Director. The Hotel Maintenance Office is a professional with a strong ability to manage a team. He or she is flexible, adaptable, and possesses effective leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. He or she has an excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2).

The Carpenter is responsible for all maintenance and repairs related to woodwork. He or she works under the Hotel Maintenance Officer to whom he or she reports any problems or complaints. The Carpenter is a professional with sublime technical skills in the field of carpentry. Organizational and problem solving skills are also required. The Carpenter complies with all requirements related to health, hygiene and safety. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2).
The fitter is responsible for various forms of maintenance and repair. He or she works under the Hotel Maintenance Officer to whom he or she reports any problems or complaints. The Fitter is professional with sublime technical skills regarding repairs of various types. Organizational and problem solving skills are also required. The Fitter complies with all requirements related to health, hygiene and safety. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2).
The Tiler is responsible for all maintenance and repairs related to tiling. He or she works under the Hotel Maintenance Officer to whom he or she reports any problems or complaints. The Tiler is a professional with sublime technical skills in the field of tile installation. Organizational and problem solving skills are also required. The Tiler complies with all requirements related to health, hygiene and safety. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2).
The Upholsterer is responsible for all maintenance and repairs related to upholstery. He or she works under the Hotel Maintenance Officer to whom he or she reports any problems or complaints. The Upholsterer is a professional with sublime technical skills in the field of upholstery. Organizational and problem solving skills are also required. The Upholsterer complies with all requirements related to health, hygiene and safety. He or she has excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2).
