Helping our customers and partners meeting the vacations needs of more than 1.5 million people each year and giving all of them an individual touch is a fundamental part of our business. This means that our customer care begins well before our passengers step aboard our ships. It begins when they first pick up the phone.
To deliver this level of care we employ a large number of people worldwide in various Call Centres and reservations areas (Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Brazil, China). We provide the best possible support to our team members in these key roles including ongoing training and mentoring. You may also have the opportunity to be part of innovative projects, developing and testing enhancements to consistently improve our processes and products while working at the same time on different international markets and you will have a key role in helping boost our sales.
